1. The service
Kala13 Ads Console ("the app") is an internal tool operated by Cristian Călin, Romania, for reporting on and managing Google Ads campaigns. It is not offered to the public.
2. Authorized use only
The app is used only on advertising accounts whose owners have explicitly granted access. Account owners can withdraw that access at any time from Google Ads or from their Google Account.
3. Responsibility for changes
Campaign changes made through the app are made on behalf of, and as agreed with, the owner of the advertising account. Advertising spend remains governed by the account owner's own agreement with Google.
4. No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
5. Data
How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
