This policy explains how Kala13 Ads Console ("the app"), operated by Cristian Călin, Romania, accesses, uses, stores and shares Google user data.

1. Data the app accesses

The app uses the Google Ads API with the OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. With that access it reads:

• Google Ads account identifiers and names that the authorizing user can access.
• Campaign structure: campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets and bidding settings.
• Performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost and conversions.

The app does not access Gmail, Drive, contacts, or any Google data outside of Google Ads.

2. How the data is used

The data is used only to produce performance reports and to make campaign management changes (such as pausing campaigns or changing budgets) on advertising accounts whose owners have authorized the app. It is used for no other purpose.

3. How the data is stored

The app does not keep a database of Google Ads data. Data is processed when a report or change is requested. Operational logs may contain account IDs and query results and are deleted after at most 30 days. OAuth credentials are stored encrypted on systems controlled by the operator and are never published.

4. How the data is shared

Google user data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties. Reports are shared only with the owner of the advertising account they describe. The data is not used for advertising targeting, and it is not used to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

Kala13 Ads Console's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Revoking access and deleting data

• You can revoke the app's access at any time from your Google Account: Google Account → Security → Third-party apps & services.
• Advertising account owners can also remove the app's access in Google Ads under Admin → Access and security.
• To request deletion of any data related to your account, email bad.wave2675@fastmail.com. Requests are handled within 30 days.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
